“New alloys and tyres fitted at Christmas - cost over £700. Re-spray done approx. 18 months ago - still ok apart from minor damage to nearside wing. Nearside wing has slight damage (photo)caused by car having impact on a high kerb which pushed the front panel slightly backwards. Aerial needs replacing as it is showing signs of rust. Speedometer panel needs fixing in place. Window winder on drivers door needs ratchet sorting out so window closes firmly.”

Great little car - ideal for small restoration project. Drives lovely. Taken off the road last month as road tax has run out. It now has a SORN on it. It has original seats and red seat belts and the interior roof is in good condition with only several very faint marks. A new fuel pump was fitted in December and ball joints were replaced about 6 weeks ago. New alloy wheels fitted at Christmas with new tyres - look great. Cost over £700.  Old wheels will be part of the sale. As all you MINI lovers will know, they have a basic interior which is part of their charm. There is a good stereo fitted in it but the polished wood dashboard is slightly damaged on the speedo panel which needs fixing firmly. The interior of the car is clean - I put stretchy covers on the front seats to keep them clean. The seats probably need some work doing to them but for their age they are good. It is driveable and roadworthy and with a  bit of TLC could look even better.
