2007 ardent red Lotus Elise s. 53,000 miles. M.o.t till Nov 21. 6 owners. Yokohama tyres all round with plenty of tred. Lotus sports exhaust, sounds lovely and burbles nicely. Can get droney on long motorway runs so I have the original exhaust that"ll come with the car if you"d rather. Service history 999, 19,061, 31,836, the car had a service pack after this and it was serviced, however it never got written down in the book. I have proof of the service pack. Most recent service at 48,487. Recently had a new battery, new wiper motor, new dipstick tube and I"ve just had the CDL module refurbished.
Great little car, ardent red looks amazing in the sun. So much fun to drive, costs very little to run.Has had a custom bracket made in the center of the car so you can attach your phone via a magnet to use Google maps/ways etc. I also use an app connected via WiFi to an obd reader that gives me a digital display which you"ll see in the last photo. Previous owner changed the bulbs in the headlights. They"ll now light up and entire neighbourhood on full beam.
Downsides, a few stone chips and age rated marks but nothing you wouldn"t expect from a 2007 Lotus that"s been driven. Slight wear to the drivers seat bolster. The rear diffuser has a split underneath which you can see from certain angles, never bothered me enough to replace, can send photos of this if you like. Speedo plays up from time to time, again not too much of a bother as I usually have my digital display on my phone.
