Hi welcome to my auction.Right where do I start!
This is my 323i coupe M3 replica which I"ve owned since 2006.It was a very well looked after standard car when I got it apart from M3 wheels, it had full BMW service history and was a good basis for me to build an M3 replica.I have around 10k in this car as you read on you"ll know why lol.
I took it off the road about 5 years ago to do some more modifications to it and never really got round to completing them. the car has been garaged during that time apart the last couple of months its been sat in my garden as I lost my garage I had it stored in.I do take it round the block every few months just to keep everything moving and working. Its been on the back burner for a while but I have 9 cars and 4 builds on the go at the mo so unfortunately the BM is just going to sit there until I get round to it which god knows when that will be. So I thought I"d see how it will do on here and see what interest I get
Right so the car is a 1998 323i coupe this is the current spec.
The shell is solid, its never been welded and doesn"t need any, the only rust being on the car is on the bottom of the bootlid which isn"t too bad but I would probably replace the bootlid but I"m just really picky when it comes to my cars and like everything perfect.It has a genuine M3 front bumperGenuine M3 mirrors that work! Full M3 vader black leather interior, I don"t mean just the seats and door cards, the whole original interior was stripped out with only the wiring loom left as it was all grey, so every panel, trim, window seal, dash, clocks, carpet, parcel shelf absolutely everything is genuine M3 in there. and I paid a fortune for it! lol.I traveled over 300 miles just to get a roof lining in black with no sunroof, they"re rocking horse s*£!. as the car has dual climate control it doesn"t have a sunroof.The interior is in really good condition with only slight cracking on the usual place on the drivers seat, which with some of that leather treatment dye I think it would  barely notice them. there"s no rip, tears, holes or burns in any of it. slightly dusty as its been stood for 5 years but thats about it. The starting price of this car is less than what just the seats and door cards sell for on here!The front door cards have custom speaker pods fitted with a set of audiobahn component woofers and tweeters which I will leave in the car, also the original tweeters have been replaced with pioneer tweeters and there"s a pair of jbl tweeters fitted to the front pillars, The parcel shelf has 3 way 6x9 kenwood speakers fitted also. I"ll leave them in the car. The car was fitted with over 3k worth of sound system, in the boot is a built in sub box ported through the parcel shelf with 2 chrome ports, which has 2 x 12 audiobahn subs, 2 chrome audiobahn amps, 1.5 farad capacitor and all heavy duty wiring fitted under a false mdf boot floor. It has green neons in the boot that come on when the bootlid is opened.The sub box will come with the car as it is built in but THE SUBS AND AMPS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS SALE and will be removed prior to the car being picked up if it sells. I may sell these separate but they don"t come with the car unless a price is arranged and I might leave them in as they are all wired up ready to go all you need is to fit a head unit.Also inside all the lighting has been changed to green led"s and there are green neon lights fitted under the dash and rear seats which can be overidden by a switch so at night you can have the floor neons on.The start button for the car is under a flap that flips up on the top of the gear stick.It has a clifford concept 50 alarm fitted with anti highjack etc..etc...
The headlights have been fitted with angel eye rings and hid kit in white not the pullable blue ones.Rear lights are M3 with smoked tops and have been modified so the fogs come on with the brake lights, front indicators are M3 smoked also.
Its running on coilover suspensionM3 evo brakes with 330mm brembo drilled discs, the brakes are really good you almost hit the bloody windscreen if you stamp on them!19 ADR M-sport wheels which were imported from america at 2k a set. I have a set in black and a set in silver. They are the biggest wheels I could get to fit a e36 shell but with the wide arch kit it can run 255 30 19 tyres on the rear instead of the current 235 30"s that are on the car.
Engine is solid in this car, it"s never been abused by me or previous owners, I can leave the car stood for months and it starts first turn everytime, no smoke, no knocks or rattles, no oil leaks and has never had an oil leak, it had full BMW service history when I bought it and I"ve changed the oil every 3k religiously with mobil 1 since owning it, gearbox and diff oil every 10k, thats more often than BMW do. It"s never caused me any grief and still sounds like a new engine.The clocks read 91372 but they"re out of an M3, the car has done around 10k more than that. The radiator had a leak once and I replaced it with a new one the following day. Thats about it!!These are bullet proof engines.Gearbox and diff are spot on too, No crunches, knocks or whines.Engine is standard spec apart from de cat, cat back scorpion stainless exhaust system with twin slash cut tips, it sounds exactly like an M3!K&N induction kit and adjustable fuel pressure regulator which is running thefuel pressure slightly about standard pressure.
The bodykit consists of full fibreglass front wings to very high quality,I sprayed one in lambourghini bolaris orange as this was the colour I was going to spray it, just to see what it looked like. e46 M3 style rear arches, as you"ll see from the pics I"ve only fitted one, this is because I didn"t like the way the the arch goes round the petrol cap so I wanted to fit an aircraft style race cap higher up the quarter and then I could blend the arch in over where the old cap was to give a cleaner look. I do have a new aircraft style cap which was £70 that goes with the car. I just haven"t had the time to fit it and put the arch on. New skirts to match the kit are included too.
Also you"ll see that there"s 2 sets of wheels, they both go with the car, the wheels had polished rims but as they all do over time the laquer comes off, so two of the black set have had the rims professionally resprayed in silver, they are fitted with nearly new falken 452 tyres, the other 2 black ones still need the rims spraying, one black one I had a repair done to after I ran over a brick on the motorway which damage the inside of the wheel, the repair has a small crack right on the edge of the rim which will need to be alloy welded, I can send a pic if requested, you can maybe just see it on the top of the rim in the last pic at the back. it"s not bent or buckled in any way and drove fine on the car after the original repair.The silver set had the same problem with the laquer so 2 have been etch primed for spraying and they all need the rim edge spraying. the middle spoked parts of all the wheels are spot on and don"t need to be resprayed, just the outer lip.
I could get good money for this car in parts but I haven"t had the heart to break it, it was my pride and joy at one time, and its too good of a car to break in my opinion. So it on here complete.
