Ferrari 355 Replica based on a 1991 H Toyota MR2 2.0 Automatic. MOT January 2017. The car has been fitted with a MR3SS body kit, the headlights are in the correct position and not halfway up the bonnet. A Scorpion Exhaust system, alloy wheels and a leather interior. DVD/ CD player. remote central locking Alarm/Immobiliser. I purchased this car back in December. My intention was to restore it back to its former glory and then fit a tiptronic kit and have the car converted to a V6 3.0 LTR.  I have now got the opportunity to purchase a car that has been converted and so it seems pointless spending anymore money on modifications to this car.  
I have had paint work done to the exterior of the car. Trimming work done to the interior and various mechanical jobs have been carried out such as, the front brake calliper Pistons needed cleaning up and freeing off. Due to the car being stood for two years by the previous owner, the front brakes were out of Balance. I fitted a brand new set of brake pads. Please bear in mind the car is 25 years old will want a few other serviceable items sorting out. I would recommend a new cam belt is fitted at some point.
I have used the car to go to work in on several occasions and it has always started first turn of the key. I have had no issues with the engine/box or running gear at all.I have lots of photographs of when I first purchased the car, through all the work I had done, up until now.I have several old MOT certificate that state the car has only covered under 5K miles since 2001.I have thoroughly enjoyed owning this car. It has been an absolute pleasure to drive around in. It gets noticed everywhere it goes. I have fooled a lot of people into believing it is the real deal especially as it has the correct kit fitted.
Insurance is pretty cheap. fully comp with full no claims and all mods listed it was £140 for 12 months.very cheap car to run and use every day. Ferrari looks with Toyota reliability.
