2004 Lotus Elise 111R in Starlight Black metallic.
I have owned this Car since March this year and had around 1000 trouble free miles from it. It has been fun and I`ve enjoyed it but its not a car that I can use long term and spends most of its time parked up. Selling therefore to assist purchase of a new family car.Under my ownership , it has had a 2ubular sportcat and exhaust added and LED rear Lights.The car is running on Exige wheels and Yokohama a048`s. These tyres are extremely grippy in the dry but are not for everyone . MOT is due this month and rear tyres will fail, bearing in mind the price of these tyres and the possibility that the next owner will not want them, I`ve decided not to replace them. That said, if anyone wants to buy the car cash and wants a specific tyre and MOT to be done, I`m happy to do so.The car has 90,000 miles on the clock, this doesnt mean a great deal in Lotus terms as many people upgrade almost all of the service items over time and the chassis and body are very resistant to time. Car had a new engine at 70,000 miles, work was carried out by a prestige sportscar dealer at a cost of 3.5kBodywork is in generally good and clean condition although as with all these, cars, there are stone chips to front and sills.
Car has had recent-Recent upgrded discs and pads.new clutchnew radiatorall four hubs and sensors replaced2ubular cat and exhaustlater type dash upgrade minus airbags and start button.new engine at 70,000miles
Car has two sets of keys and fobs, full history, hpi clear.Car will run in auction but should anyone want to offer 14k ( a bit less without lights and exhaust) cash then the auction will end. should the car complete in auction, and make under 14k, then it will come with original cat and exhaust and standard rear lights, 14k onwards and these are included. The Private plate is not included in the auction.
