 Reliant Robin LX Estate 1998 White
This little car has been in my possession for two years, and has been mostly doing the school run, with the occasional longer journey.  It"s been fairly reliable; we have had the odd niggle here and there (fuel line sprang a leak once, battery died, that sort of thing) but on the whole it"s served us very well and is quite nippy and fun to drive.  It has its issues (detailed below) and I feel it needs more attention than I really have time to give it.  It"s a super wee motor though, and in very good overall condition, with low mileage for its age.
The good points:
 - The bodyshell is in great condition with very little damage.
 - The chassis is sound.
 - A new clutch was fitted two years ago.
 - The car has a new battery.
 - The alternator was recently refurbished.
 - The car got four (yes, four) new tyres a few months ago, after some fun with punctures.
 - There"s a full MoT, which expires on 31/8/2016.
No-one"s perfect:
 - There"s some damage to the passenger side wheel arch, which the previous owner repaired, and a small crack in the bonnet, which could do with being reinforced on the underside.  There is a bit of crazing of the paint around these two areas (but nowhere else).
 - The driver"s side wing mirror has the glass missing, and the plastic casing is somewhat damaged also.
 - The driver"s door only locks and unlocks from the inside.
 - One headlamp has some condensation in it.
 - Both window winder knobs have dropped off (I have one of them) - the mechanisms work fine though.
 - The ignition is operated by a switch and button, which replaces the original lock.
 - There is a bit of an oil leak; it seems to seep from a hairline crack in the sump.
 - The pipe for the dipstick is shorter than it should be.
 - The rear door sometimes sticks a bit - the lock could do with being cleaned up and lubricated.
 - Only one loudspeaker seems to work at the moment.
Otherwise everything works as it should, and the car starts and runs happily.  It is still taxed and insured, so provided your insurance covers you to drive someone else"s car with their permission, you are very welcome to come for a test drive.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me through eBay.
