For years now, Motodrome have provided 2 videos, a walkaround
and a driving one, one each of the cars we’ve listed. So many customers have
told us they found them extremely helpful when making a buying decision. Sadly,
from June 2017 eBay are refusing to allow us to display videos in listings –
apparently to ‘enhance the customer experience’...
The good news is that the videos for each vehicle will still
be available, either on our own website motodrome.co.uk, or via our YouTube
channel Motodrome Land Rover.

this 03/03 reg Land Rover Defender 90 TD5
Heritage recreation.
400 of the genuine Heritage
Edition were produced at the very end of Defender production, all with Grasmere
Green paintwork, ‘HUE 166’ badges, steel wheels, almond interior with ‘HUE 166’
tags, and are now highly collectible and viciously expensive.
This one underwent substantial
refurbishment in 2016 (and has been barely used since) in the spirit of the
Heritage Edition, , including galvanised front bumper, extended grille panel,
TDCi bonnet, full heritage badging, and
a smart respray in Grasmere Green with the correct colour coded wheels (shod
with a matching set of Goodyear Wrangler MTR tyres). Inside it was given
heritage-type seats, and a colour coded dash console like the original.
Otherwise, it’s spec includes sliding rear windows, mudflaps and towpack.
Odometer reading 124000 miles
Being a factory TD5 version, it
nips along very quickly with good punch from the Turbodiesel motor, and of
course being a 2003 model it’s fitted with the uprated ‘15P’ engine, and is LEZ
compliant under current regs.
Currently MOT’d to February 2018
with no advisories (although we’re quite happy to provide a fresh 12M MOT on
sale if required) and 6 months warranty
on sale.
Even better, the number plate ‘W8
HUE’ can be assigned to it, and the
rights to the number is included in the price
Please note that when the vehicle was rebuilt in 2016 it
was from a Category D damaged example.
Further detail:
The body and paintwork on this one look utterly superb, with no dents (parking or otherwise) scratches etc. . All I can criticise is a few tiny black marks on the NSF wing, which may polish out. . . See video on our website
Interior – superb all round with excellent seats. Nothing to criticise.
